Overview:
Established in 2025, ADvantage Consulting is a Milwaukee-based consultancy dedicated to helping small businesses achieve operational excellence through continuous improvement (CI) methodologies. We specialize in Lean, workflow optimization, and strategic problem-solving for local businesses.
With a commitment to delivering tailored solutions and actionable insights, ADvantage empowers businesses to unlock their full potential and achieve sustainable growth. We bring a wealth of expertise and dedication to understanding and meeting the unique needs of each client.

To empower small businesses in the Greater Milwaukee Area to streamline operations, reduce waste, and improve profitability through custom continuous improvement strategies.

To become the go-to partner for small business operational improvement and excellence in southeastern Wisconsin.

Meet your ADvantage consultant: Austin Dostalek
Austin was born and raised in Wisconsin and has always had a passion for process improvement and entrepreneurship. He is an avid Wisconsin sports fan and will frequently be found cheering on the Brewers, Packers, and Badgers (On Wisconsin!). Especially in the summer, Austin relishes in many of Milwaukee’s festivals, concerts, and beer gardens. He also enjoys supporting local businesses, organizations, and charities whenever possible.
Austin Dostalek is a dynamic operations and continuous improvement leader with nearly 15 years of experience driving organizational performance in manufacturing and warehousing operations. With a strong foundation in Lean, Six Sigma, and project management, Austin has successfully led operational transformations, cost-saving initiatives, and culture-building efforts. He has developed and implemented an Operational Excellence framework across multiple facilities, led cross-functional teams on strategic investments, and facilitated more than $1 million in cost savings through continuous improvement efforts. His ability to coach, mentor, and engage frontline teams has consistently driven measurable improvements in safety, quality, delivery, and employee engagement.
Austin’s career includes progressive leadership roles where he managed warehouse operations, enhanced cross-functional teamwork, collaboration, and development initiatives, and championed continuous improvement vision, strategy, and implementation. Recognized for his practical problem-solving skills and data-driven approach, he has also earned accolades such as the CEO’s Award for Continuous Improvement & Safety Excellence. With both an MBA and a BS in Industrial Engineering, Austin combines technical expertise with a people-centric leadership style to drive sustainable success in complex operational environments.
